Virtual Try-On Terms of Use

1. The service

Virtual try-on is a visualisation tool that uses artificial intelligence to show the products you choose on your own photo or on the store's model image. The service is provided to the store by MWSoft; the sale, delivery and return of the products are entirely the responsibility of the store.

2. Images are for illustration only

The images are created by artificial intelligence and are for guidance only. The colour, texture, cut, size and fit of the product may differ in reality. When deciding to buy, rely on the information and size chart on the product page.

3. Photos you may upload

• Only upload photos of yourself or photos you have the right to use.
• Do not upload a photo of another person without their explicit consent.
• Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
• Do not upload photos containing nudity, violence or unlawful content.

The person who uploads a photo is responsible for any use that breaks these rules. Access may be blocked if misuse is detected.

4. How your photo is processed

Your photo is processed only to create the try-on image; it is not stored in our systems and is not used for any other purpose. The image created is stored temporarily and deleted automatically after 24 hours. For details, see our Privacy Notice (in Turkish). The store's own privacy notice also applies.

5. Model images and outfits

With “See it on a model”, no photo is uploaded; up to 3 products you choose are shown on the store's model image. The products you add to your outfit are kept only in your own browser and are cleared automatically after 7 days. These images may be stored as product images of the store and shown to other visitors; they contain no personal data.

6. Camera try-on

With “Try with camera”, the camera image stays on your device and is never sent to us. A photo you take is saved only on your device if you choose to save it.

To give the store anonymous usage statistics, showing the button, the way of trying, a finished result and clicking “add to cart” are counted. These counts use no cookies and no personal data; only daily totals are kept.

7. Availability

Virtual try-on is free of charge and offered at the store's discretion. It may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand, daily usage limits or maintenance; uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.

8. Contact

For questions and requests, write to [email protected].

This is a translation of the Turkish terms. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
